Props

I recommend getting the following props for your yoga practice.

They are fun to use and also support our bodies beautifully even when we aren't practicing yoga.

  • Yoga Bolsters (Halfmoon)

  • TheraBand Resistance Bands (Amazon)

  • Coregeous Ball and Tune Up Balls (Tune Up Fitness)

  • Eye Pillow

  • Wooden Dowel (about 2' long and 1" diameter for rolling and massage.)

  • Exercise Ball

Don’t worry if you can't buy them as you can get creative with household items and fashion your own props.

The Coregeous ball and resistance band are tricky to make but a dowel using a broomstick or rolled beach towel for a bolster can be fine and maybe you can make your own blocks and eye pillows.
