CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Gentle Yoga: This class sets a tone of deep awareness by moving slowly and mindfully in and out of poses. There is emphasis on staying out of pain and strain with attention to breath but still building strength.
Strength & Balance Yoga: Getting progressively stronger for balance and stability is the goal of this class.
Please bring a MAT and a BLANKET with you to class.
I also recommend the following props to help support your practice.

Appointments are available in Qualicum Beach seven days a week.
Shiatsu is a Japanese form of massage that uses thumb or palm pressure on acupuncture points for pain relief. The treatment can be very strong and deep into the tissues or gentle and subtle depending on what is needed. Cozy clothing is worn as no oils are used and traditionally the treatments are done on the floor for a very grounding experience. A massage table is also available if this provides more comfort.
